01

Give guests a clear request path

Cozeep extends an existing hotel-app experience with room requests and cleaning information. Guests can ask for items such as towels or bedding, choose the next cleaning time and add special wishes. A service record shows when the room was last cleaned. The concept brings these actions together so that requesting help and understanding the room’s service status happen in one place.

The room-service concept combines a cleaning record with the next scheduled visit.
02

Turn requests into a workable queue

The staff view addresses the other side of the exchange. Incoming, queued and completed requests are separated so that a new notification does not disappear among finished tasks. Opening a request reveals its room, time and required action. Staff can then handle it immediately or move it into the queue. The guest-facing convenience is therefore paired with an explicit workflow for the people doing the work.

Cozeep staff interface groups new, queued and completed notifications.
The staff queue distinguishes new messages, queued requests and completed work.
03

Connect a physical signal

The wider concept includes a mattress encasing made with conductive fabric. It proposes detecting dampness and notifying cleaning staff through the same app. This makes the sensor part of the service workflow: a signal needs a room, context and an action before it becomes useful. The render illustrates the connected-product proposal; the interface explores how that notification could be handled.

What I take from it

The key design question is the handover between a guest’s intention, a notification and a staff task.
